SOTAPOKER is a play-money social poker game. It does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services.

We also collect game-related information needed to operate the service, including table participation, hand histories, game statistics, player invitations, and chat messages. We may collect limited technical information needed to secure, operate, and diagnose the service.
We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver poker games and chat, maintain player records and statistics, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability and performance of SOTAPOKER. We do not sell personal information.
